Did you try to disable 3-rd party plugins?
If it doesn’t help please describe your problem one by one.
As I see, you use old versions of theme and woocommerce. New theme version, that compatible with the latest version of woocommerce, will be available on ThemeForest soon, so I would recommend you to update the theme and all plugins then.
