Also, confirm that you made the full backup of the site, DB and theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options).
Note that was big woocommerce update, so many elements in the plugin and our theme functionality were changed. So you may need to edit your changes in the child theme that relate to woocommerce functionality to proper work with new versions.

It was the problem with your permalinks settings, and the same problem was with default theme https://prnt.sc/g92rkb, it means that the problem wasn’t related to our theme. I’ve changed permalinks settings and disable WPML. Please check your site now.
