I can’t activate my theme.

The SSL is setup on my hosted package and I get the following error.
API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version.

It looks like you are suggesting that it was purchased using a guest account. I do not know why that would matter. When you send a code it should activate the theme regardless of how it was purchased. I prefer to have you activate the theme for me at this point. I’ve never had this much difficulty purchasing a theme. I’m placing the login in the private area.

Hi,
after starting the Legenda setup wizard we entered the purchase code and get the following error message “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL”. Although the Open SSL system library is already up to date. What can we do to circumvent this problem.
