    If you want to replace our search by another one you need to edit template files. Copy in child theme and edit xstore/headers/advanced.php file

    If you don’t have necessary skills you may contact WP-Kraken customization team.

    I’ve checked the problem with the default theme and saw the same problem, so the issue does not relate to our theme.
    You may try to disable 3rd-party plugins and then check the page.

    I’ve tried to upload image http://prntscr.com/gbijoj but unfortunately, it is not working with our theme and even with Storefront. This means that problem doesn’t relate to our theme functionality and I can’t help you.

    Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.

    Hello,

    When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins, the shop got working http://prntscr.com/gbi20y.
    Now I’ve activated them back. You can deactivate them one by one to find the needed plugin.

    The Shop page is default woocommerce page and can’t be changed using VC. All available settings you may find in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Shop (here you also may change the banner).

    Theme deactivate option will be added in next theme update.
    Please note that may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

    Hello,

    As I see you renamed theme http://prntscr.com/gb808u, to solve this issue http://prntscr.com/gb80l8, please rename theme folder or change name of parent theme in style.css file of your child theme.

    I’ve checked your server settings – http://prntscr.com/gb83lz. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M;
    Then read our documentation and try to update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    After theme update you will need to activate theme using your purchase code. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options.

    If PHP settings were updated but you can’t update the theme, please make the backup of all your files and DB. Also, do the export of Theme Options (Theme Options > Import/Export) and provide FTP access in Private Content and we will help you update the theme.

    Hello,

    Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
    Also according to our changelog https://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050http://prntscr.com/gb53jb, so please update wooprees to the latest version.
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

    I’ve checked this product element on our test site, it works without any problem.

    Hello,

    We added Site width options in latest theme version, so now you may change width, that earlier was static.
    The options “Full width” for Products Page Layout set max-width: 122rem; for container.
