Sorry for the delay.
You face these problems because of the CDN option, CDN cached the old versions of the files. We made a lot of changes in theme files, scripts that’s why you need to clear cache and CDN if you use it to make site works ok with the new version.

Go to Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Header overlaps the content > Off. You may activate overlap options only on separate page (Edit page > [8theme] Layout options > Header overlap http://prntscr.com/gkyk6d).
What exactly from page example do you mean? Please read suggestions from previous reply.
Please upload your translation files in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, save files with your language name and classico theme suffix, e.g classico-de_DE.po and classico-de_DE.mo.

Please translate all needed strings, clear cache and check frontend of your site.
If after translation you will face problem, please update theme to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
and then synchronize translation files. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.
Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

You can’t edit Blog using Visual Composer because it is a template with default layout that can be changed only via Theme Options. But you may edit blog posts using Visual Composer, for example, http://prntscr.com/gko63z
