    Hello,

    For others users, there will be shown their own information or nothing, it depend on if it is his first purchase or they already bought something on your site and have appropriate information on http://prntscr.com/glhs7k As I said before, the same situation persists with default theme so it doesn’t relate to our theme so you may contact woocommerce support to remove this.

    Hello,

    If you disable only the arrow, for example using this code in custom css:

    .top-panel-open:after {
        display: none;
    }

    the panel won’t opens more, so it is the same result as disable top panel via the options.
    But please try to add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    .top-panel-open {
        color: white;
        width: 60%;
        left: 20%;
    }
    .top-panel-open span {
        display: none;
    }

    and then check.

    Hello,

    We don’t guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, so try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check your problem. If it won’t help please describe your problem in details and provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

    Hello,

    Please update theme to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    and then synchronize translation files. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.
    Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

    Please do not worry, it is not a bug or problem. The same situation you may see with Storefront theme (official WC theme). These fields are filled automatically by information from your profile that you may see in Dashboard > Users.

    Please delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ and upload woocommerce folder from the latest theme archive that you may download on ThemeForest.
    Then please check compatibility and describe problem one by one with screenshots.

    You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. So you may use your purchase code on the development site. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.
