To get VC editor shown for static blocks go to wp dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static blocks”.
Your Main color is white http://prntscr.com/gne8b2, so to solve the problem with active color of links on the account page, you may change Main color or add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:
.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation li.is-active a {
color: #ffcc66;
}
To disable sidebar on the My Account or any other page edit the page and Choose without in 8theme Layout Options > Sidebar position http://prntscr.com/g2l687
To remove items from the My account menu go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account and remove endpoints for the items you don’t want to show http://prntscr.com/g2l6mk
Or you can create your own menu in Appearance > Menus > create the menu and choose it like My account in location settings.
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

You need copy up-sells.php file from your parent theme, then go to child theme > create woocommerce empty folder and inside create single-product folder, then add in this folder up-sells.php file. After that, you may edit “OUR OFFERS” text in up-sells.php file of your child theme. Don’t forget to activate child theme on your site to be able to see an effect of your changes.

I do not see woocommerce folder in theme folder http://prntscr.com/gndghk, please upload woocommerce folder from ThemeForest archive of the theme into classico folder. Let me know result.
Your problem with sending a message doesn’t relate to our theme, and even with default plugin Contact Form 7 a message can’t be sent http://prntscr.com/gnd9u0 so you need to contact hosting provider for further solutions or you also may try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/.

You need to have the latest versions of required plugins, to proper work of your site: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ Appropriate version of woocommerce plugin you may find in changelog on ThemeForest http://prntscr.com/gncxit
We do not have a special notification system, but you may see a notice about an available update in your Plugins section.
