Hello, Sir/Mam,

I have used this template for importing dummy content. But Seems Some Features Is Not Working So I will mention In Below So Please Let me know what I do?

Check Single Product Page: http://naira.boutique/product/bacaro-grape-2008/

Issues are,

1) For Theme Option => Single Product Page => Zoom Effect => Window It’s Already Enabled (Refer Attached Screenshot name like “screen1.jpg”)

2) Check For a Screenshot2 name like “screen2.jpg” and some issues facing like Unwanted Spaces, Not Showing Property Output As Per Demo Template & Not View Gallery Zooming Like Window Option.

3) Theme Options => Promo Popup I enabled but it’s not to a popup of a window.

So What I Do To Resolve this issue, Please Priority Based Solved It

I upgrade my version PHP as per suggestion, But I can’t anything change in template files for legenda theme.

So please resolve it my errors.

Let me know when php version will be changed. Also, provide FTP access, so I could check theme files.

It’s Not Working & it’s generated some error like “BILLING POSTCODE / ZIP A REQUIRED FIELD.” But That type of fields it’s not available so why my website checkout form it’s not working.

Hello,

Please try to activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with the official theme too. Let me know result.

Hello,

As I said, the same problem persists not only with our theme but with default theme too, it means that the problem does not depend on theme functionality. We can help only if issue is related to theme functionality/files. In case problem with default options appears even with default WC theme you need to contact WooCommerce plugin support.

As per requested I checked other sites and templates for we developed, Woocommerce Its Good Work.

Why your template its not working woocommerce ? Please Give Better Solution Also i tried for installing updated version in woocommerce.

So please solved my query urgent based.

Hello,

We are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme or plugins that come bundled with our theme. On your site, I can’t see checkout page even with the default theme. It means that the problem does not depend on theme functionality.
