I’ve read through the forums on this topic and have tried many things, however, I cannot seem to fix the contact form from giving me a “Error while sending message”.

Hello,

Please provide us with the correct link to your site and WP Dashboard credentials in private content as we can’t log in with the current ones. Also give us FTP details.

Hello,

As I see you are using old theme version http://prntscr.com/c82hjs . The current one is 3.0.2 https://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Do you have the same problem with a default theme?
Please create a separate topic and provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

You need to add your email for contact form, navigate to Theme Options > Contact Form.
