Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from the WooCommerce plugin.
By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.
