    Please update Visual Composer plugin to 5.4.5 version http://prntscr.com/hfrjta.
    To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ . The latest versions of plugins you can find here – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

    500 error means there is lack of some resources on your server. You should contact hosting provider support and ask them to error logs to find what exactly is causing it.
    Also, ask them to increase values for the functions Post Max Size, Max Upload Size and Max Input Vars.

    Please go to Theme options > General > Disable right mouse click on the site > Off.

    Do you face this problem with default WC theme – Storefront?
    Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check. Let me know result.

    I’ve checked your site. You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme in Theme options and skip Setup Wizard.
    Also, please update plugins http://prntscr.com/hfqud7 (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/)

    Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear for me.
    You may create menu that you want in Appearance > Menus and mark it as Mobile menu http://prntscr.com/heqk4o, so you may have different menus for desktop and mobile.

    seems there is a bug with Theme Options > Styling > WooCommerce > WooCommerce buttons on Single Product Page hover background option, so you may use custom code as a temporary solution. The problem will be fixed in next theme update.

    In this case, we need to connect to your site via FTP, because the fix in portfolio.php file works fine on our test site. Contact your hosting provider and ask how the FTP connection problem for us can be solved. Is there firewall on your server that is blocking our IP?

    1. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.
    Also, please check the situation with Storefront theme – official WC theme. Let me know results.

    2. You added registration link as widget in Right side top bar area https://prnt.sc/hepu6w, but it is not our registration form, so it is not hidden after user authorization on site.
    You may add this code in Custom css:

    .logged-in #text-2 .textwidget {
        display: none;
    }
