500 error means there is lack of some resources on your server. You should contact hosting provider support and ask them to error logs to find what exactly is causing it.

seems there is a bug with Theme Options > Styling > WooCommerce > WooCommerce buttons on Single Product Page hover background option, so you may use custom code as a temporary solution. The problem will be fixed in next theme update.

Also, please check the situation with Storefront theme – official WC theme. Let me know results.
