Problems with Newsletter popup, color scheme, footer color

Good afternoon. I have many problems with this theme. Newsletter don’t appear in the topbar but on the bottom of the page. Main color miss in the color scheme and in footer section of theme options. Can you help me?

Hello,

Hope you are having a nice day.
Go to Theme Options > Promo popup > Fixed promo popup > Off.
Make sure that you use latest versions of plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

I have update essential-grid, js_composer, masterslider, revslider, screets-lc. I don’t have update Royal Child because I didn’t add some custom css.

it does not work:
in color scheme I can’t change main color;
in footer I can’t change color footer 1 and 2;
newsletter it isn’t in the topbar but in the footer;

Hello,

I’ve checked your site. You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme in Theme options and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, please update plugins http://prntscr.com/hfqud7 (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/)

Oh I see, seems it is related to Screets Live Chat plugin. Seems it’s not compatible with the latest version of WP http://prntscr.com/hfstn4 and causes issues not just with chat options but with theme options and VC color options. So, please, disable it till they release new fixed version. We have already contacted with plugin authors and waiting for the reply.

Open “wp-content/plugins/screets-lc/core/library/titan-framework/js/min/wp-color-picker-alpha-min.js” file
Change the content of that file with this one: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kallookoo/wp-color-picker-alpha-plugin/master/wp-color-picker-alpha.js
Clear browser cache
Refresh chat options

You may use https://javascript-minifier.com/ to minify content of the file.

On my website (www.puntobebe.it/newsite) there are two scrollbar on the right side of the page.
And the page media library don’t charge… and I can’t charge any image…

Hello,

Please try to add this code in custom.css:
body { overflow: hidden; }

Media library relates to default functionality. So you need to contact WordPress support or your hosting provider.

the scrollbar returns to be one but it hides under the windows taskbar…

after the last update all works perfectly… but after few days…:

– did you delete custom css code?

– as I said before, media library functionality doesn’t relate to theme and you need to contact WordPress support or your hosting provider to solve the problem.

And my Header custom HTML was delete…. for 4th times!!!

– do you mean the code of header into Theme Option? You can make export file of options to prevent loosing (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options).

2. Fixed header inherits menu of the main header and this can’t be changed.

I have delete the code because, after last theme update, started working again as before.
Now I’ve put the suggested code back but it’s like a small part of the screen is missing. especially in the contacts section, in the map… and fixed navigation menu doesn’t work! For me there’s a problem in this menu…
