SIGN IN page blank. - by Roobinda - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there.

    For some reason the LOG IN and REGISTER forms on the SIGN IN/MY ACCOUNT page have disappeared!
    I have ‘Enable customer registration on the MY ACCOUNT page’ checked.

    Any idea why this could be?

    Also, i have a REGISTER button in the top bar next to SIGN IN. I need this to be hidden when the customer is logged in. How would I do this?

    Hello,

    1. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.
    Also, please check the situation with Storefront theme – official WC theme. Let me know results.

    2. You added registration link as widget in Right side top bar area https://prnt.sc/hepu6w, but it is not our registration form, so it is not hidden after user authorization on site.
    You may add this code in Custom css:

    .logged-in #text-2 .textwidget {
        display: none;
    }

    Hi Rose. Your code for the ‘register’ link works well. Thank you.

    I have deactivated 3rd party plug ins and it makes no difference. I also installed Storefront and the LOG IN/REGISTER form are still missing from the MY ACCOUNT page.

    Help!

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.

    This means that problem doesn’t relate to theme and you need to contact woocommerce support.

    Okay thanks Rose i fixed this issue.

    However, I need to update these plugins: Visual Composer and Ultimate Add-Ons for VC.
    Obviously they came with Classico theme so I have no product reg. numbers.
    How can i update them?
