Woopress install not working - by sanjiovani

    hello

    I am switching from xstore to woopress – when activating woopress i get the following

    finehardwood.wpengine.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    I have restored to a backup

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
    500 error means there is lack of some resources on your server. You should contact hosting provider support and ask them to error logs to find what exactly is causing it.
    Also, ask them to increase values for the functions Post Max Size, Max Upload Size and Max Input Vars.

    hello

    My hosting provider has taken care of that and still the same – we tested a switch to wp standard theme which worked fine – can you please check and fix the problem so that i can use the theme

    Seems there is a conflict with XStore Core plugin that should be disabled when WooPress theme activated.
