It is strange because of presets are saved in DB and you shouldn’t lose it after the plugin update. Also, we do not have this problem on our test site, so please your presets check one more time.
In your case, I would recommend you contact the plugin author and ask about such problem.

Please update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.19 v (Appearance > Install Plugins) and check versions of all other plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem. Let us know results.
Do you have the issue with contact forms only with our theme or even with default theme activated?

To add additional elements, like “My Account Link” and Search field, in the fixed header, you need to make changes in template files, because there is no option to make it from admin panel.

At first, you need to update theme to 3.3 version that is compatible with latest woocommerce version –
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/).
