First of all, please increase the memory limit do at least 128M (256M is recommended).
Then, please make sure that your server is not using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. If it is, you need to contact with your hosting provide and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

also, check Theme options > General > HEader setting.
You can edit header structure file (xstore/headers/ folder) depending on header type that you use. I would recommend using a child theme to make such changes https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/

You can edit header structure file depending on header type that you use, in your case, it is xstore/headers/advanced.php. Do all the changes in child theme files.

Hello,

These changes are related to WooCommerce plugin 3.3.3 update. Before 3.3 version WooCommerce had options for every type of image – single product, catalog and gallery image. In version 3.3 WC developers changed options and moved them to the customizer. In version 3.3.3 they removed image settings at all even from customizer.

We keep the previous version of their settings http://prntscr.com/ik093w But 8theme product widgets and gallery images use WP thumbnails size (Settings > Media) because WC customizer does not have the individual settings for this because of 3.3 update. So, if you don’t want to crop thumbnails images disable crop in WP settings and regenerate thumbnails.

You may also try to change image settings using WC hooks that WC developers offer https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Customizing-image-sizes-in-3.3-

To update the plugins, switch to your server with FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ folder on your server.
The latest versions of the premium plugins that have been included in the XStore package can be located on the Downloads page.
