Hello,

1) Do you use the latest version of Core plugin? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Please try to disable “Enable sticky sidebar” in Theme Options > Shop > Shop page Layout. Then clear cache and check.
2) Please make sure that Shop page is selected in WooCoomerce > Settings > Products > http://prntscr.com/m2kmms

It activates absolute header position and shows header over the breadcrumbs and content.
The overlap is activated for all pages on your site https://prnt.sc/m2glcl http://prntscr.com/m2gls3 but it is required only on Home page http://prntscr.com/m2glwz After disabling this option you will get – https://prnt.sc/m2glid (color of header need to be selected in Theme Options).
