Do you mean default Woocommerce registration on My account page? All available settings you can find in WooCoommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.
Check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront activated on your site. If the problem is independent of the theme, it would be better to contact the support of WC.
