Your slider on the home page has only 1 slide, so you can try to recreate this block using default elements of WPBakery Page Builder, and delete the slider.

You can change it via design options on columns and set the desired gap for row.

Inspect code using inspector tools. Open a web page in Google Chrome. Either:
-Select the Chrome menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
-Right-click on any page element and select Inspect Element.
The DevTools window will open at the bottom of your Chrome browser.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then. Let us know the result.
Do you see any error in browser console?
