XStore 6.x How to Import Header Builder Template to Existing Site?

Hi

For the XStore update Version 6.1.5 / Core plugin 1.4.5, it states:

ADDED: Import/Export Header templates

I have several sites which were put together before XStore v6. These sites use the older style header before Header Builder was recently introduced. I want to start using the Header Builder for each site, because the old header styles are/will be deprecated. Is it possible for me to import the new header templates for the demo’s I used? Do you have instructions? Where are the header templates files to import?

So far I saw how to build a header from scratch using the header builder, but don’t know how to import a header template for the header builder? Do you have instructions, please? I couldn’t see any reference to importing header templates for the various demos in the documentation for XStore.

Another question… do all the demo’s now use the Header Builder? If I was to install a new site, would all of the demo imports now already use the header templates, or do the older demo’s still use the older headers?

Hello,

Headers of our demos you can find in Theme Options > Header Builder > Header templates > Ready To Go Headers http://prntscr.com/pu4vf2
I would recommend you to create a staging site and test it there first.
All our demos use the Header builder now. The import of any demos version on a new site will install the header created by the builder http://prntscr.com/pu4xl9
