Menu in Mobile version - by Harris - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I have a strange situation in menu’s in mobiles.
    In many mobile phones, tapping to a menu category option, does not open link. You have to tap it many times, or if tap and hold it opens in a new windows which is OK.
    My clients cannot understand that might be a compatibility issue. Can you check it please?

    You have to check menus in a mobile phone. Please check 2-3 different brands. My Client noticed that behavior in a Samsung S7 and in a LG.
    The complain was that menus are not working properly.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check how it works then.
    If the menu behavior is not affected by plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    I followed your instructions. I updated also to legenda 4.2. No Luck. Still the same issue.
    Besides after update Legenda core did not updated. Is still in version 1.0

    Hello,

    We’re getting 503 error on your site. Please contact your hosting provider support to check if there are any issues on a server. Maybe there is a restriction by IP?
    Follow this article and update the Core plugin via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Plugins_Update

    Hi guys,
    I have the same problem as Harris.
    The menu doesn’t work properly on some mobile devices. The check mark in the checkout doesn’t work to move forward in the purchase.

    I have updated everything.

    Hello, Harris

    Please try to disable Nice Scroll in Theme options > General, clear the browser cache on mobile and check one more time.

    Also, add this code in style.css of your child theme to change color on hover in the mobile menu:

    .et-mobile-menu li > a:hover {
        color: white;
    }
