Note that we don’t give guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins.
Please describe the situation in more detail with screenshots. Maybe we will be able to give you some advice.

Or you can activate the Single product page builder in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop), then you will be able to build the desired layout from scratch. The gallery element has option to disable Lightbox there.

Just create an account with administrator role (actually no matter what email you will use there, even some randomly generated because we need it just for test) and provide us with login and password. You will be able to delete this account once all questions will be solved.
