Product error – Warning: Division by zero in /nfsmnt

Hello,

We are receiving at some products error message like this one below:

Warning: Division by zero in /nfsmnt/hosting1_1/d/5/d5381f55-3872-4935-b716-79fe9e879ea1/slovakbabyshop.sk/web/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/woo.php on line 198

Could you please advise what could be an issue? Theme is updated to most recent version. Ain’t sure when this have started as it show only at very few products. Tried purge cache but doesn’t seems to help. Sharing details in private content area. Thank you.

Hello,

Parent and child themes have separate Theme Options settings, it looks like you switched to the parent theme. I’ve activated the child theme back, so you can see correct styling settings now.
If widgets were messed up, go to Appearance > Widgets and set them depends on your needs.
One of our developers will take a closer look at the mentioned Warning and we will let you know the solution soon.

Thanks Rose, I am not aware we would change theme. I haven’t been even logged since night and other person who use work there doesn’t go to that sections at at all :O but thanks for pointing out. By any chance we can somehow figure out what happened(if not i will try ask hosting provider if they can have a look and try advise)? Footer, fonts are still messed up if only theme would be changed why after activation of child them it doesn’t show in same way as before? Will try fix that or in worst case ask hosting provider restore backup from last night(but would like to avoid that as some new orders came).

We restored options and widgets. Check now. Our developers will take a closer look at the warning you reported about and I’ll inform you once we fix the issue with that warning.

Thank you for swift help Olga. Looks much better, only fonts left but that’s rather cosmetic so I can look latter when I get time. Normally should looks like on test one, https://test.slovakbabyshop.sk/
