    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access.

    Elementor and our theme use scripts to make full-width row, and apply styles, so it takes some time while necessary scripts are loaded. You can enable site preloader via Theme Options to hide that effect or try to speed up the scripts loading using cache plugin and improve server speed settings.

    2. We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    3. Make sure you cleared cache here https://prnt.sc/MfOT51qXu4zE and cache of the browser.
    Additionally, 3rd-party plugins should be disabled before the demo content import.

We believe that you will encounter the same issue there as well. Consequently, we kindly suggest that you direct your inquiry to the official WooCommerce support team, as your question pertains more to their code rather than to our theme code.     We provide the support only for bugs or issues related to our projects, but in your case those questions should be posted on WooCommerce plugin’s support forum, due to the questions related to their plugin code.
