It is correct, the Shop page is a catalog page for products that can’t be edited using page builder. Available settings you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop).

Make sure that you have created translation for XStore Core plugin (Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating).

Our theme does not have search by category title, only by the products, product SKU, pages, posts. If you want to have any other types of search (by category title, tags etc) you need to look for an additional plugin or submit additional customization requests to WPKraken team.
