    I got this error when adding the license. v.6.3.8

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
    We have checked everything and validated your code and don’t see problem with that. You can install theme on the localhost and check.
    We suppose that your server has some limits for the outgoing/ingoing connections. Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and clarify information about this? Do you have any limits for the outgoing/ingoing connections? Also, ask your hosting provider about server error logs and provide us with these logs.

    Thanks. I managed to get it registered. Also I filed a “request a refund”. I want to withdraw that but couldn’t find where.
