Hello,

1) Update the theme and XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Then go to Theme Options > click on Publish. Clear all cache, and check how it works then.
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.

You’ve activated Single Product Builder, but did not add content https://prnt.sc/vr8nkr , so there is nothing to show.
I’ve disabled the builder, the Single product page can be seen now.
If you want to use the Single product builder, you need to build content of the page from scratch, for example – https://prnt.sc/vr8q61 https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/niche-market/product/wooden-crome-chair/

Header background color can be changed via Theme Options > Header builder > Main header > https://prnt.sc/vr8rik

Use SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, products. Try for example Yoast SEO plugin.
Don’t forget to clean the FB cache for the posts you already shared https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

You can ignore this outdated file, it doesn’t affect the site functionality and will be fixed in the next update of the theme.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the problem with the Single product page.

1) Create a static block with the desired content ( https://prnt.sc/vr7ixe ) , then add the block for category https://prnt.sc/vr7jcj > https://prnt.sc/vr7jik , select position via Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > https://prnt.sc/vr7kw0
2) Theme Options > Header builder > Add Newsletter element into the header content, then set settings of it depends on your needs. Static block can be used as content.
3) Theme Options > WooCommerce > shop elements > Brands > Show Product Brands On Single Product Page and Choose The Location For Brands

Describe the problem in more detail with screenshots. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share the screenshot.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Then go to Theme Options > click on Publish. Clear all cache, including cache of your mobile browser, and check the mobile menu then. Check how the arrow in the menu works when “Dropdown Opening Action” enabled and disabled (Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu).
