Hi,

for some reason i cannot upload images in my categories – please see below:

This works on my test site, but not on this site!??!

Can you look into this please.

Logins in the private area.

Hello,

1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
2) Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme (default WooComerce theme) > check how it works. Do you have the mentioned problem?

Hi

1. I had already deactivated the plugins that were not with the theme – still cant upload

2. I changed the the to storefront theme – still cant upload!

3. You updated the theme for me last 2 times – could this have something to do with it?

Even the old version of this theme (which i have used on another site) still works!

Hello,

2. If default WooCommerce functionality does not work even with the defualt theme then our theme is not the reason of the issue. I have reinstalled the WooCommerce plugin and category image works.
3. Your theme is up to date.

Hi dont know what happned – woke up to work on the site and everthing is messed up – header – shop and menus – what happened please as i have not touched the site since you fixed the category image problem?
