Hello,

Go to pages > Edit Shop page > [8theme] Layout options > Page slider (revolution slider will be shown instead of breadcrumbs and page title, on your Shop and Single product pages),
or go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > Create a custom header, add the slider, and show it on products/pages depends on your needs (https://prnt.sc/w5cucj https://prnt.sc/w5cve8 https://prnt.sc/w5cvn1 https://prnt.sc/w5cvup https://prnt.sc/w5cwnf )

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Single products layout > AJAX Add To Cart For Simple Products. Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Product Added Notification > Off.
If you want to have Ajax add to cart for the variable products you need third-party plugin. Our theme does not include this option by default https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-add-to-cart-for-variable-products/ https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-ajax-add-to-cart/

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how the menu works then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check it more deeply.
