it makes incognito view from desktop as from mobile (disabled -> http://prntscr.com/xszhx6, http://prntscr.com/xszij7)
We have disabled that plugin and enabled it again – the problem was solved now
If you will find the same problem, please, look for mobile caching options in LiteSpeed Cache plugin and try to disable them
