XStore – Homepage Displaying issues after importing Demo

Hi,

I’ve installed XStore using the Marseille Demo today, I haven’t experienced any issues while importing the demo.

However, when I visit the page, it is not displayed correctly. In fact, it looks very broken, possibly a CSS issue.

Can you please take a look in the link below and let me know what could be causing this?

I’ve tried updating to the version 7.2.4.1 that just went out today and got an error:
“PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hi Rose,

Layout with Mega Menus works just fine now, thanks. But I’ve noticed I don’t see the ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ Pop-Up or the purchase alerts. Can you help me/guide through this?
