We’ve found out that the problem is caused by iThemes Security Pro (captcha functionality). The captcha can’t be passed automatically, so it prevents registration and login via social that we have.
We’ve tried to disable it, but filters are unavailable. Here is an example of what we tried:
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_register_form’, array( ‘ITSEC_Recaptcha_Integration_WooCommerce’, ‘add_to_register_form’ ) );
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_after_checkout_registration_form’, array( ‘ITSEC_Recaptcha_Integration_WooCommerce’, ‘add_to_register_form’ ) );
remove_filter( ‘woocommerce_process_registration_errors’, array( ‘ITSEC_Recaptcha_Integration_WooCommerce’, ‘validate_register_form’ ) );
remove_filter( ‘woocommerce_registration_errors’, array( ‘ITSEC_Recaptcha_Integration_WooCommerce’, ‘validate_register_form’ ) );
You need to contact the support of the plugin and ask for help from their side.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
Did you create the slider from scratch?
Right now I can’t see what can be the reason for the problem. Another support member who better knows the Revolutions slider aspect will back from vacation from Monday. Could you wait for this?

At first sight, I do not see any problem with your site.
I was able to log in, but I can’t access Dashboard. Make sure that you set the administration role for the user and /wp-admin doesn’t any additional restrictions.
An error on your screenshot doesn’t tell me anything, could you translate it to English?
So, provide correct wp-admin access + temporary FTP access. Describe in more detail what exactly error do you have right now.
This update is not obligatory, you can skip it. We plan to release a new theme version within the week, and the fix will be included there.

The File generator option is created to speed up the site performance and avoid calling the styles of elements that you don’t use on your site.
Select elements that are used on your site and click on Generate button > check frontend of the site, if the styling of some elements, for example, widgets in sidebar, will be broken, go back to the generator > – https://prnt.sc/y8z9sn Anyway, you will be able to delete the generated file at all – https://prnt.sc/y8zgg3 if something goes wrong.
