i did contact you befor for the key that i try to making it work on one of my websites ,
i did try few domains to test it ,but the key now can’t be activated on any domain ,
can you reset it and tell me what domain i can active it on please

Your code is activated on these sites – https://prnt.sc/y5i6gs
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular In case you are working on different projects you need to purchase more licenses.

it’s not activated on any of that ,chek the domains

On your screenshots I can see, you deactivated the theme, but the theme is still persistent on sites.
1 license of the theme = 1 end project, where XStore is installed.
So decide where you want to use our theme, delete the theme files from other sites, let us know, and we will reset the activation limit so you can do the activation.
