There is no such possibility, unfortunately.
You can try to use Single Product builder, then this static block can be shown via HTML element for all products, but in this case layout of the product page should be created from scratch. This builder you can activate via Theme Options.

As we can see, the mobile Menu works on mobile device, but it is displayed like this – https://gyazo.com/f0585506fa9e8468568e7de21f4246d3 because was created using static block.
It is not recommended to use static blocks in the mobile menu. It would be better to create a new menu (Appearance > Menus) without static blocks, just default menu items, and set this menu via Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu.
