    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme!
We did not face such situation before.
Try to contact support of Elementor plugin to get assistance.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Regards

There are lot of customer who are using this theme and none of them report this issue. We will recommend you kindly deactivate your all 3rd party plugin one by one and then check your website with default plugins. https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins

If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help!

Do you mean the Products element/widget of the Home page?
We are waiting for temporary FTP access, so our developers can check and fix it.
Please reply back with access, we really want to help, you, but we can’t edit files/apply fix without access.

    Hello,

I see that issue caused by Ajax Product Tabs if you choose the led-lights category for the products.
You provided just WP Dashboard access. But we need FTP access. Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail? If you don’t know what FTP is contact your hosting provider to get that information.

    Regards
