1, 2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.
3) We do not see this block on your Home page. What page is it? Do you have this issue when edit page or all time?
4) There is no such possibility, unfortunately.
