Hello,

Use SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, products. Try for example Yoast SEO plugin.
Don’t forget to clean the FB cache for the posts you already shared https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

I did not find any problem with the header, maybe it was a cache of your side. For the main slider on the Home page, I’ve selected categories, and re-imported the second slider manually.

Hello,

We did not test our theme with the mentioned plugin.
XStore uses Header Builder that allows placing menus in any part of the header http://prntscr.com/rvfh9t , so there are no Manage Menu Locations settings.
Create a menu via Appearance > Menus, then select the menu via Theme Options > Header builder > Menu element.
