    – Go to XStore > deactivate theme and then activate it again using your purchase code.
    After that follow the instructions and press the Check updates button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Update both: theme and XStore plugin.

    – In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    It is probably looks that your single product page slider is break if you have installed any 3rd party plugins please check your website after deactivating all 3rd party plugin and check with theme defaults plugins.

    Sorting is independent of our theme and comes from WooCommerce (Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting), so you may contact the support of WC about this.

    We’d love to help you optimize your site but that is outside the scope of our support. I can give you just the main tips but every site is individual.
    General site speed depends on many factors. Below you’ll find the main of them

    1) Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugin that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.

    2) Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/
    Also, a very good plugin is WP Rocket, but it’s paid.

    3) Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed. When you use image editing tool like Photoshop don’t save images without using the option “Save For Web”.
    There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times:
    – tinypng.com
    – Compressor.io
    – Kraken.io
    – Ewww Image Optimizer
    – Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin

    4) Server/Hosting.
    Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. If you have checked the above items and the site is still slow, the most likely it is a server/hosting issue. Contact your host and discuss it with them. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.

    In case you need professional help with site optimization you may contact wpkraken team, we don’t have optimization experts because that is outside the scope of our support.

    The best way to customize a theme is to do your customization in child theme that is why we have specially designed a child theme with the theme package.

    As for theme update is concerned Please note that If you have done some custom changes in CSS or any other PHP files then only those changes will be lost after updating the theme, So we will recommend you kindly take backup of your existing theme and then update your theme.

    You can set your page Title breadcrumb by going to Dashboard > Pages > Edit and set your page layout https://prnt.sc/10n0vjl

    You can also create Page title section in Elementot Page builder .

    If you want to hide titles from all pages, go to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > and set 0px font-size for the title.

    The PHP Max Input Vars is the maximum number of variables your server can use for a single function. To work properly with a modern WordPress theme set this value to 3000. If the value is too low, you may experience problems such as can’t save menu settings when added a lot of items there.

    The issue can be caused by an additional plugin on your site. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear all cache and check if you still have the problem. Once you find out which plugin causes the issue, contact the support of that plugin.

    Unfortunately, all the product categories inherit the Shop page layout and there are no settings to make every product category with the different layout. You can change the layouts for the single product in product settings https://prnt.sc/10mw4gd but we don’t have extra options for the product categories.

    Note:- You can create separate pages for display category with different layout.
