    I have two themes of XStore but one of them has missing options. Please see the following screenshots:
    * Built-in Email Builder
    * ? Sales Booster

    I followed your steps but I get the following alert “Ajax error” then the screen keeps loading forever. And after I refreshed nothing changed.

    Never mind, I solved it. I purge all caches and deactivate all plugins then it works
