Sorry, but we don’t have such feature in our theme.
You can edit wp-content/themes/legenda/header.php file to add this text.
We recommended you do all changes in Child Theme.

As I see you use old version of IDstore theme. Please update to the latest.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
After updating theme please update WooCommerse plugin too.
