Some Problems with Royal Theme - by Shmeagal

    Hi,

    1. Great looking demo you have! The reason why I bought the theme. Which leads me to my question about the template, is there any way I/we could get a xml import to import a demo site like the one shown.

    Its just for ease of access as not even half of the pages are imported when using the supplied xml import file.

    2. Is it possible to change the layout of a page, header ect. (Example Home looks like the default theme and the about us looks like the travel theme).

    3. We use WP All Import to import a xml with all our products. as soon as I activate the plugin on the website the theme options does not implement any changes and also the “add to cart”, Product Name and price dissapears. If this is not a theme problem please advise as I could then speak to the plugin developers.

    Hello,

    1. Sorry, but other pages from our demo site can be created with Visual Composer editor that’s why they’re not included in .xml demo file.
    2. Unfortunately there is no such possibility.
    3. Concerning WP All Import plugin issue, we’ve taken it into our account and will try to fix it in future updates. Meanwhile you can activate it only when you need to import files and then disable it.

    Hi,

    Our main focus on our website is to focus on product importing. Is there another website template which could work or are all of the templates you offer, built with the same framework?

    If not I would like to request a refund as I cannot use this theme at all.

    Hello,

    We have checked our theme with latest version of WP All Import plugin and did not face mentioned issues. So, I have also updated this plugin on your site. Check it now, please. Do you still have any issues?

    If you need some additional pages from our demo we could send you xmls of necessary pages, just tell us which one you need.

    About layout changes: you can’t change Header Type, but you can change breadcrumbs type, use different menu for different pages, disable/enable page headings for different pages etc. All available options for each page you can find in Page Layout settings (Pages > edit page > area at the right sidebar)

    Thank you, for all your and the teams help! Everything is perfect! I am busing working through the video tutorials and this has helped me tremendously!
