As for Typography issue is concerned you can change typography or font size by going to Dashboard > Theme Options > Typography https://prnt.sc/12hlok4 It change overall generic theme setting, but some element has there own font size which you can change from there respective section.

First of all keep in mind that if you wants to maintain the autoplay of videos, the videos will need play without sound. This is because almost all browsers don’t allow autoplay videos with sound.
it seems you added your video as a background, background-videos does not show controls, please add your video as a Video Layer instead.
