Hello,

1) Please add this code in custom.css file:

.header{ margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; }

2) It would be better if you uploaded the images the same size.
3) Please add following code in custom.css file:

.items-slider{ margin-bottom: 00px; }

Also you need to remove some row via Visual Composer plugin. It creates extra space. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6npfpr

4) Please add following code in custom.css file:

footer a{ color:#787373; }

Sorry, but we don’t have such feature in our theme.
You need to add code by yourself like Eva Kemp wrote above.
After adding code to php file you need also add style for this icon (in custom.css file).

First you need to disable footer demo blocks in Theme Options->General and create your footer manually.
