You can close the first category by editing wp-content/themes/woopress/js/etheme.js file. Find and comment out line 1718
$this.find('>li').first().find('.open-this').html(minusIcon).parent().addClass('opened').find('ul.children').show();

You need change your code $locale='dk_DK';
to prefix with your language name, for example Danish $locale='da_DA';

You don’t need replace the outdated Blanco woocommerce files. This will be done automatically after next theme update. All what you need is wait for new theme update.
