Mobile Version: Not Scrolling Properly - by crysfox

Hello,

I’m viewing my site on the mobile version and it’s scrolling oddly. Some pages will scroll all the way down and others won’t, and I’m not able to scroll back up. Can you please provide help with this?

Sorry, but I don’t see any issues with scrolling.
What mobile device are you using. Does the problem persist in other devices?

we have tested your site on several devices including Samsung Wave and scroll is working correct. Maybe the problem appears on some specific pages?

Hi,

It’s been occurring on all of the pages and I’ve tested it on 4 devices. I’m able to scroll down some, but if I lift my finger off of the screen, it’s stops scrolling completely. It’s like it’s frozen.

Hello @Lars Schellhas,

Please disable Nice Scroll option in Theme Options > General and check scrolling after that.

I deactivated Nice Scroll and it´s working now on My mobile phone. But I really would like to use Nice Scroll. Isn´t there a possibility to deactivate it only on mobiles? Thanks.

There are still permissions that allow only to see profile in wp-admin panel. Please give us full access to be able to view all sections in the dashboard.
