Visual composer "full height row"

Hello team,

im turning to you since visual composer came bundled with the theme and we cannot use the plugin support.
could you please assist us with the VC feature: full height row, no changes happen even if the option is checked in the row setting, the cache has been cleared several times.
we are using the plugin latest version, we have already deactivated all other plugins in order to track any plugin conflict.

What are you trying to achieve?
