Hi there,

We really like the look of the theme, we are just having some issues.

1.) We are unable to change footer widgets
2.) We would like to use visual composer with the theme but cant find a way to align elements to centre, we have very limited knowledge of coding.
3.) After importing the demo we cannot find the contact us page to configure it.
4.) In shop we get a 404 page when clicking on products

2) To get more information how to use Visual Composer you can here:

3) I’ve just created Contact US page for you. Please check.
4) I’ve edited permalinks in Dashboard->Settings and now they are working fine.

Thanks for the help so far, there’s another matter that custom.css isnt sorting out for us.

We would like to show all products when browsing to a page instead of paging through ?

Hope that makes sense… how would we achieve this ?

This question is a bit unclear for us. Could you please clarify us with more details?

Do you mean show all products on shop page?
If so please navigate to Settings->Reading->Blog pages show at most and set how many product you want to see on page.

Robert, I am really struggling without the visual composer. Is there any way we can just align all elements to centre ?

Its not responsive and sliders dont work as they should… Not the etheme shortcode nor visual composer sliders…

I think I’m giving up and looking for a user friendly theme.

Hello,

Mobile menu and products alignment problems are related to Visual Composer plugin. It’s not included in the theme as a required plugin and it’s not compatible with the theme.
Sorry, but you have to deactivate it.

Thanks Jack, we understand.

Can I please ask for help on a couple stupid items so that we can get the site up and running.

1) How do we remove the Custom Tab For All Products ?

2) How can we remove the banner in categories, the top banner. (We don’t want it to show)

3) Latest products on mobile on the home page seems cut off. It doesn’t display as a slider. How can we rectify this ?

4) Is there a way to display Only one Category under latest products with a slider of its products.

Your help would be appreciated

Hello,

1. Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Custom Tab Title, and remove the content.

2. Add this code in custom.css file:
```
img.cat-banner {
    display: none;
}
```
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

3. The reason is you have just 4 items for “Latest products”. Set 5 at least to make slider working.

4. Unfortunately there is no such possibility. Sorry.
