Hi YThere, I want to submit a new support ticket, but there is no option to. I had 260 days left on the licence, but didn’t know why I could not submit a ticket. I purchased more, it now says more tha n 1 year, but I still can not submit a support ticket. Please help.

The error is still happening on mobile. I have cleared cache on browser and in wordpress.

Did you disable the whole of Jetpack or just the Woocommerce analytics module?

I just tried adding the product page within the headphone template and it now just shows the product with an error message, nothing else.

There is a floating buy now button and also an add to cart button.

I would like to know how we create the floating button and what link to add to it.

If I create the landing page for one product that is also in our shop, what link do I add to the button?

Also, The Black pannel on the right hand side would be good to implement, but that diodn’t come through when I imported the page.

Hi There,

Can I import the page in Elementor like I can with WPBakery? The Headphones one is much better for what we need. If I have both page builders activated it will slow down the site, but if I make changes with Elementor and then deactivate, will it still slow the site down?

I want to bring in some of the product information from the product file, like variations, price etc. which I can see in the headphones landing page, but not in the e-scooter landing page.

I would like to have add to cart button and buy now button like in the headphones landing page, but can’t see how to add those with the button element in WPBakery.

I have also found that when I reduce the screen size, the menu goes over the logo and I can’t find a way to change the size of the logo, when I change it in header builder, it does not change the size. Is there another setting?
