Ok thank you.
Hello,
Is this issue being looked at and worked on? I have made an observation as I downloaded a plugin in to dublicate the homepage to test to see what’s causing this as every other page seems to work and look fine except the homepage. So I created on the menu as you can see “home page test” which replicated the home page except I have noticed the only time the view is normal on safari on IOS 9 is when I remove “image carousel” both were I have my brands listed and my product categories set up. Why is this happening what can we do to fix this issue to have image carousel working properly on safari ios9? Did we edit css or anything on that home page with regards to the image carousel that’s causing this?
I really hope there’s a solution to this as there’s a great percentage of people using IOS9 and I really want my brands and product category images on my homepage to look normal on safari ios9 as you can see the number below:
“Less than a week after Apple released iOS 9, the company announced the software has hit 50 percent adoption, meaning more than half of existing iOS devices have installed iOS 9.”
Thank you.
Great. Thank you.
Thank you got it.
On the single product page, how do I remove the all caps title of the product? And also how do I change the font? Thank you.
Got it. How do I change the title of the up sell products which is currently titled “Our Offers” to something else?
I called to have them fix the error 500. It’s back up now.
I believe this is happening only on the new iOS 9 as I tested on a iPhone 6 running iOS which is fine. Not sure what iOS 9 changed with safari that influences the theme?
Hello,
Unfortunately the issue didn’t get resolved as I decided to not use the twitter and insta feeds. Please try to find a solution for someone wanting to use these two things that came with the theme in the future updates for full compatibility. Thank you.
I decided to add a plugin called instagram feed to replace the one preinstalled with the theme as the preinstalled instagram feed would function at its own convenience. And the twitter feed I’ve just decided to remove all together for not working on my homepage.
A note about above comment: I am only noticing this issue on an iphone 6 running Safari. I don’t notice this on a chrome mobile browser, or Iphone 5 or 4 running safari.
I see. Thank you.
Great. Thank you.
By plugin you mean the cache plugin? Because this issue happened before installing that plugin, I can deactivate the cache plugins and the twitter widget will still not function properly, the twitter widget came with your theme I didn’t add it as a plugin?
Yes that’s for ‘new’ products which I saw, and I know featured products you can add a star on the product page. But by default the theme has ‘new’, ‘featured’, ‘popular’, ‘last minute’ products on homepage, how do you include a product on ‘last minute’ or ‘popular’?
Hi,
Yes on the homepage the hover effect is present, I would like to also have it on the brands page I created with single image of each brand. See link to page in private content. Thank you.
Is there a way to do same above effect to fade a little when you hover over image on the brands page I have for each single image brand on that page when you hover over it? Thank you.
Thank you!
Perfect. I’m glad there’s usually a workaround to most things with this theme very flexible.
Thank you.
Great thank you.
Also on the shop page I have shop sidebar with woocommerce layared nav of various attributes, it shows numbers next to each attribute of how many of that attribute there are, how do I remove the number that shows in parenthesis, basically I do not want it to show a count of each attribute I have?
One more thing I had asked for regarding the image carousel on my home page besides centering, how can I make it fade a little bit when you hover over it like how it does on the product category images?
I see I will switch over to W3 Total Cache. Thank you for the recommendation.
Hello,
Instead of calling background or border color ‘black’, can I use a hex color code there instead because there are different variations of colors? Like example below using hex color for black for example…
.product .content-product .btn {
border-color: #000000 !important;
}
.product .progress-button, .product .product_type_simple, .product .progress-button, .product .product_type_simple {
background-color: #000000 !important;
}
Yesss 🙂
Thank you!
I don’t see the color being changed to black in 8theme options > styling > woocommerce. I see the change has been made on the shop page thank you, I would like to play with the button colors to see exactly what I like can you please tell me how as it’s not working through 8theme options > styling > woocommerce. Thank you.
That worked. Thank you.
Do you guys have a recommendation as far as what cache to use for this theme: wp super cache or w3 total cache?
Yes. Thank you team.
