Hi Awais

Please can you help by logging in and debugging?

I have updated the theme as well as plugins. The site should be backed up already, but if you can try not fiddle too much where it potentially loses content I’d appreciate it.

Will you deactivate plugins one by one and test? I’ll have to reactivate them once you’re done so please let me know as we need a good few of them.

Not to worry Rose, it was actually the page layout that was causing the issues sorry about that. I had it on elementor full width and not default layout

When I click into that it doesn’t provide an inherit option.

Only center, align left, left inline or disable.

Hi there,

it doesn’t work with the other themes either no so I think I’ll have to get hold of Elementor and WordPress support and see if they can rectify

Do you agree that is what I need to do? Strange that the shop page and all other pages will load except home page/landing page

Hi there

I have done all you suggested and tried disabling some plugins (last of which was ‘store toolkit for woocommerce’ and now for some reason the landing page doesn’t load at all?

I also just disabled the editor loader method (which only gave the standard elementor options) and that works. So it is something to do with the Xstore elementor options.

The store page loads, but not landing page.

Are you able to help me reload that somehow please?

I didn’t but can you check on a different product anywhere within the shop and see if that still works please? Because I tried the quick view on images on homepage and they worked fine too

Otherwise I’ll clear browser cache
